Hello,
I have paid my Level Up Loan Amount Rs. 5262/- towards Truebalance from Google Pay on 27-09-2021. But it is not updated yet in the Truebalance App. But the amount was debited from my Account. They said it will refunded to my account with in 7 to 10 days but till now i didn’t receive any refund from their side to my account. They are also not responding in proper way. Please help me to get the refund.
