I have ordered some products few days ago on 07-03-23. After that on 13-03-23 I have received a sms that my order got cancelled due to some service issue or else. On 15-03-23 I got message that refund amount 663.10 is initiated and reflect in my account after 3-5 days. From now it’s been 14 freaking days I haven’t got any refund regularly in contact with my bank and phonepe support they said there is no transaction processed by merchant side.
