Text of Complaint by SHYAM BAHADUR MAURYA:

Sir Maine ek smart watch Fire boltt Ninja Call 2 purchase kiya tha (fireboltt) se jiska Payment by Sezzle ke dwara kiya gya. jo ki hamne smart watch lene se mna kr diya aur return kr diya fire boltt ko 16.03.2022 ko unke yaha received ho gya. Refund ke liye fireboltt ko complaint kiya aur abhi tak refund process complete nhi huaa aur unke side abhi koi response nhi aaya hai jo ki lagbhag 3 month gye hai jisse hmane bahut si kadhinayiyo ka samana karna pda rha hai.
Watch hamne receive nhi kiya aur refuse kr diya tha mai isliye payment ki screenshot upload kr rhe hai.
Please Sir appse nivedan hai Refund process jald se jald puri karwane ki kripa kare.
