Dear Sir,
We have ordered an office chair from amazon company on 11 March 2020 and we made payment through online but due to delivery related issue it can’t be delivered and cancelled by system and said that your refund will be placed in 2-3 working days
Then we ordered it again same day as it cancelled on another address and made another payment as system requirements it delivered but the old payment which will be refunded in 2-3 working days is not refunded yet and Amazon’s customer service is not open also
