Dear Team,
I purchased an energizer powermax P20 mobile phone which got delivered on 17/11/21.
On the same day i raised a request for return as the product was used and items were not sealed in the box. Post this a guy came to take the return product but on the next day he came and returned back me the phone stating that the IMEI does not match with their record.
Again after 2 days, a guy came and post checking he said the same thing and till date i am struggling for refund
