Hi Team,

I have submitted my device on 6th of Nov 2022, but still my refund is not processed yet.

Because your service provider had put my device in damage while I had given the device to him in a new condition. I have been following this for more than 7th months but till now my refund has not been processed.

Whenever you call people, your team says that your case is under review and I am not getting any confirmation mail or any call from your side.

You are requested to check my device online because he had already installed that device in another person’s house.

Kindly check and revert back to me as soon as possible
