Sir,
I am a Paytm consumer and my mobile no. is 9678284039. I have done a transfer of Rs. 2,000 to a SBI account through Paytm UPI that linked with my Allahabad Bank Account on 17th December, 2018, 1;32 pm. But the deducted money was not credited to the beneficiary’s account. I take it as a technical problem and hope it will credit or refund later. But after a long time when it was neither credited to the receiver’s account nor refund, I lodged a complain through Paytm consumer forum and they let me to know that if the money will not credited to the beneficiary’s account, it will automatically refund to the sender’s account within 2 working days. I also thought so.
But, when the money was neither credited to the receiver’s account nor refund to the sender after 48 hours, I called to Paytm customer care and they told me that the transfer was successfully done. Through Paytm consumer forum, they gave message again and again to me that the transfer was successfully processed on 18th December, 2018 and I have to check the beneficiary’s account. Till now I am very sorry to state that the money was neither credited nor refund.
So I am feeling very unsecured now.
Sir, Please take a necessary action toward this matter so that I will able to get the deducted money.
