I ordered a mobile phone Moto G40 Order ID:(OD222464496127557000) dated 1 August 2021 and the payment is processed online from my debit card (RS.16499) and then i didn’t like the product quality and there are some data issues on company so i cancelled the order dated 1 August 2021. They message me that the (Refund ID – CR2108011249048620957004 ) ( ₹16499.0 has been refunded to your BOBARODA RUPAY Debit Card 652151******5873 on Aug 09). Many times i contacted to flipkart but they not responding on the refund issue. So please help me.
