I had canceled my flight ticket more than 24 hours before the departure of the flight, but I had only received half price of my ticket as refund. I had taken my ticket from flipkart so I contacted them but they informed me that Airlines has been deducted more than 13000 rs from the fair.so I contacted Airlines costumercare but they give me a response that to contact the agency though which I booked the ticket.
