I booked my flight form travel look on June 5th and the same was not confirmed by the airlines.
My money got deducted from the credit card and since then i have calling to the customer support and i have been recieving just one response, we have initiated the refund and will reflect in your statement in next 4 to 5 days. But unfortunately those 4 five days keep extending and reached to 6 months now.
Since in didn’t laid that amount yon my credit card expecting the compa y to refund it in time it has grown up to 68000 now @33% interest rate that cc providers lay on the outstanding payments.
I demand that my money along with all the surpulus charges should be refunded as soon as possible
