I had booked a ticket using travel look website . the amount got debited and ticket was not booked .i got immediately the mail stating the refund would be credited within 10 days .
But it’s been a month the refund had not been initiated.
I tried mailing and called customer support multiple times but they are not responding…kindly help us out
