I bought croma washing machine and that is defective i call for service but it’s not done so compny call for refund and return pick up on 12 april and picked up on 13 april they evry time i call says to wait and no give me money now they says we done neft but i didn’t recieve so i share my statement to compny. Now also they call for wait now what i do for that. That croma is fraud and they share me every time different transaction id to me and says that neft transaction no we done
