Booked tickets for my parents from pantnager to Dehradun for 28th August 2020, but due to bad weather the flight got cancelled, but we haven’t received the refund yet,
Flipkart said to share the proof of cancellation, which we already shared over mail. But now they are saying to pass the refund remarks from the airlines,
While airlines is saying that the ticket is already approved for full refund.
