I’ve ordered Haier 345 Litre refrigerator worth Rs 29,975 from flipkart on 11/06/2022 and it got delivered on 15/06/2022 but when I unboxed it I found the different model which is smaller than the refrigerator I had ordered so I immediately contacted to the customer support executive and he placed a return request by himself and I was told that the refund will be initiated within 3 4 working days.
But next day I found thay my refund got rejected so I again called customer care and he asked me to place another return request but that also got rejected next day. This continuously happened 4 time as I was told to place return request and it got rejected next day or after 2 days.
On 23/06/2022 I found that my account was blocked. I contacted customer support but except false assurances I got nothing helpful.
During this period I placed another order of Flipkart Smartbuy Mixer Grinder worth Ra 1439 on 19/06/2022 which was supposed to be delivered on 22/06_2022 but haven’t delivered yet and because my account is blocked so I’m unable to track my order or cancel it so that I can buy another from market.
I got so much stressed, Kindly please help me.
