I am writing this email to request a refund of Rs. 698/- for the items that were not delivered to us against Prime Now order 407-5987273-2192339. On 27th Feb, the order was partly delivered ( Delivery Boy Mob Number. 7982081322) but three items were missing. We immediately contacted the delivery boy, who assured us that he was searching for the remaining items, but he left without delivering them to us. ( You can listen the recordings where he has accepted that the 3 items has been misplaced)This Delivery Boy was not cooperative in this matter. He fled away and not help to get our product or refund money.

After waiting for a few hours, we contacted customer care and lodged a complaint. They assured us that we would receive a refund within 48 hours. However, we did not receive any refund even after waiting for the stipulated time. We contacted customer care again on 3rd March, and this time we were told that we could not receive a refund.
We were extremely shocked and disappointed by this response. As loyal customers of Amazon, we have always valued your services, but this experience has left us feeling disheartened. We trust Amazon and believe that you will take this matter seriously and transparently investigate the issue.
We kindly request you to look into this matter and provide us with a refund of Rs. 698/- at the earliest.
