Text of Complaint by Shruti Singh:

I ordered a speaker (Reconnect Marvel Avengers 16W Wireless Bluetooth Speaker, 4hrs playtime, Aux/TF/USB compatible, Fab) on 23 October 2022. It was a COD order. The delivery boy came on 28th October (Akash Sahu +919122527597) and I paid the amount of rs 1499 using the QR code available on the invoice. He was telling that the payment in not successful in his side but the payment is directly done to the seller and the order is now prepaid and the delivery will come again. He took my product and went away. Again on 1 November another delivery partner (Yogesh Kumar Patel +917321932075) came and he told that I will receive a refund for previous payment and I have to pay again to receive the product. I denied receiving the product as I didn’t get the refund. So he said that he can’t take back the parcel as its too big and the company doesn’t provide him the travelling cost. He said that I have to take the parcel and pay him again. So I took the parcel and paid again 1499. I need the refund for my previous payment as I have given extra 1499. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP as I have already logged a complaint previously which is ticket number 6670161383. I previously emailed to [email protected] and [email protected] with all the transaction screenshots and my ticket number is 6673605532. Third time also I logged a complaint with ticket number 6673632648. Fourth time I called and raised a complaint 6680588575. But no resolution I have got till now. I have talked to multiple customer care executives on call and in chat. They are just telling that the ticket is open, we are verifying your order and will get back to you with resolution. Its been 43 days now since I first told them my problem. There is no solution from their end. I need my refund and also compensation for all the trouble I have gone through. Very bad customer service they are providing.

I need my refund of Rs 1499 and also the compensation for all the trouble i have gone through.
