Text of Complaint by Anand raj:

Done a recharge of an amount 287 on 5th feb 2022 9.00 am , amount has been deducted and recharge was not success but till today 1st march 2022 , it has been not credited to my account, I have made the complain on 5th feb 2022, they told me to wait for seven to ten days, after ten days also they tell me that kindly wait hoti 26th feb 2022,

As the amount has been not credited to my account after 26th feb 2022, I called airtel customer care on 1st mar 2022, they told that complain has been closed and amount was not deducted from bank so kindly visit the bank check you account, I have net banking I have already told it was not credited, but they are repeating same for visiting bank, so kauve to wait for this also, I am totally disturbed mentally and physically , they are disturbing me , I don’t have to much money so that I can leave to airtel company, who is indulge in fraud work, I want compensation for the mentaly and physically disturbance to me
