I have brought Nokia TV from flipkart, & it was defective so i raised complaint for 3 times 1st time i got replaced then again tv had some problems then they repaired it & after getting that repaired TV now again after 2 days TV had same problem now i told them that i want refund nor replacement nor repair & it’s been 27 days still no updates from jeeves & not even picked up my product, everytime i called or mailed same answer we have forwarded your issue to our concern team & we’ll get back to you in 2 business days still i haven’t received any refund or anything, what should i do?
