Gozefo now cheating with costumers. Upon agreement and inspection, i had returned an appliance to zefo they send me two sell id one is (Sell id – 887559) another one is (Sell id – 890575).
The item was picked up on 1st march, 2020. The pickup guy initiated payment and told the amount will reach by evening. Today is 9th march, and i am still mailing for refund.
1st the send one link to provide account details but after waiting 3 days i did not get any refund when i call them they said they are not able to open this link so mail to help@gozefo.com and i did and now they are saying technical issue.
Even they are not replying to my mail or call. They are saying everyday to wait for 24hours.
