I paid for extra luggage twice, once online and again cash. They promised for refund but didn’t

  1. Alliance staff said that we dont find out the status of flight no.9I695 PNR-SGDV88 also they said that we dont have any complimentary meal to provide for you also dont have even water bottle for passenger

    There are 72 passenger stuck at the udaipur airport now what can we do ?

    They said that we cannot do anything do whatever you want to do

    This is the way to talk with us & is it a genuine reason given to us

    There are not providing any food for us also not arrange any another flight for us for to fly for our original destination

    Your alliance airlines staff told us you can file sue against us but we cannot do anything for you

    Kindly do something fast else i can filed legal suit in consumer forum and DGCA authority for this
