I’ve booked a ticket in tatkal on 28th of August 2023, and it will cancelled by railway(irctc) PNR 2529055558. When I mail to IRCTC they replied that they will already refunded the amount to the related sites from which we booked the ticket..
But the refunded amount is not reflected by make my trip site
Please enquire them because they don’t have any sort of customer care support types of things on their sites and app also.
I want my refund back or else I will sue on this background.
