Hello,
My Jio service ID is – 299344649420.
I have been trying to contact Jio Giga fiber for the past 2 months now and all I recieve are generic responses from their email team. The sales agent (Mr. Balaji Kode) updated his number as my registered mobile number and because of that I can’t even contact their customer care via phone.
I was promised on email, a refund of Rs. 4500 on May 2nd by Email agent, Abhijit Jayakumar. I also received confirmation on June 11th.
