Hello,
My refund of rs 3349(after deducting charges) from Amazon was to be credited back to my Dhani card by 8th January for the transaction which was done on 3rd January of rs 3499 , but Today is 17th January and still the refund has not been credited yet.
I’ve contacted Amazon for the same & they have told that they have already refunded the entire amount and also provided me with REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER and asked to contact bank for further claiming of the refund.
RR number .
Please check the above RRN number I received from Amazon and credit the amount back to my account asap.
I’m also attaching screenshot of the same.
And also none one is replying to it . Please help
