I have issuse a return req , courier service picked it up on 2or 3rd may , then it show it wouldn’t reach and refund is not initiate… The. I raise complaint first of all I have to repeat same thing about 3-4 times daily because of there poor customer care members… It issue a complaint I’d with assurity of refund till 9th of may .. then too on that day I have to repeat all the thing one by one then they raised new complaint I’d of 17th may
