I have tried to do some credit card transaction in Paytm and PhonePe app. When I tried to transact the amount, money got deducted from my au bank credit card and transaction was failed at app because my credit card was new and it didn’t allowed transacting that much amount of money. So i tried to ask Paytm and phonepe to refund or process my transaction they didn’t give me any response. My credit card lender is asking money from me because transaction was succeeded from their side. So please help me to get my money back so i can pay my lender with interest.
