Sirs:
I was on 4-months tour of USA from Feb. 17 to May 25,2022. I stayed at Maryland, near Washington DC. In the first week of March 2022 I prepaid a total roaming charges of Rs. 5,998/- vide Airtel order Id. No. 6904960910075158528. 98% of my calls from Maryland, USA to India could not go through. I reported the matter SEVERAL TIMES to Airtel Roaming Services department over my telephone but they did not solve my long running problem. They asked me to telephone at certain Indian times but to my several calls they did not respond. I therefore request you to please refund my prepaid roaming charges minus one or two calls charges against roaming charges tariff.
