I ordered a product from Amazon, it was defective, I returned it and asked for refund in my bank account, despite they send a cheque on a non account name, after several follow up they updated my bank details and assured I will get the refund but despite of rigorous follow-ups, it’s been 3 months haven’t received any refund but only false assurance email from the Amazon customer department. I feel cheated..
