Dear Mr. Manager,
I am Dr. Ashwani Kumar Verma residing in West Delhi, Vikas Puri (PIN-110018) and would like to draw your kind attention to my complaint against Jio Fiber team working here.
On 26th September 2021, I made a request for the disconnection of my FREE trial Jio Fiber connection, but till date REFUND of my security and installation charges (a total of INR 1500) has not been made, despite repeated request to the local team of Jio Fiber (GAGAN: +918368309293; JAI: +918010204141; SHIV SHNAKAR: 9716150405 /+918920229803).
