Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that my return flight has been cancelled by Indigo airlines ( from Bhubaneswar to Jaipur) in the month of january 2021 & I have not received my booking amount from Travolook (I have booked E-ticket from Travolook online site) yet.
This has been informed to the Travolook team multiple times, but till date I have not received my booking amount. Indigo has already released the amount on 8th Feb 2021 to Travolook, but yet I have not received my amount from Travolook yet.
Request you to support to release my amount to my account ASAP.
