Text of Complaint by Kunal Kashikar:

I’ve purchased Eureka Forbes on 24 th November 2021 and product was delivered to me on 28 th November I found the product was faulty and I’ve raised several complaints but no one attended to fix the issue.
Hence further I decided to return the product to Eureka Forbes as it was under 30 days money back gurantee offer.

On 4 th December 2021 I informed pradeep yadav who handle bhiwandi location to pick and proceed for return of Water purifier.
He sent a person on 16 th December 2021 to pickup the product and later he took all details from me so as required for refund process.

He promised that I’ll get refund on 25 th December 2021.
Later he denied saying Senior denied the approval. Then he promised I’ll get refund on 28 then 31 st December.

He and his senior Abhijit goes kn saying that I’ll get refund on 4 th January 2022.

But nothing was happened as per said.
He hardly answer my call and always gives fake hopes with any random date.
