I have refund which is pending yet. I am so frustrated now about zoomcar services I complain many times but no solution and no reply by zoomcar customer care and they said that their refund server is out of service since many months so they manually proceed for refund but i want to know that 4 months is not sufficient for zoomcar to proceed for refund Also they only pickup call when i have booking on zoomcar and no call means mail is second option and they don’t reply on mail.I have fuel refund of 300 inr. I request you to please take some serious action regarding this incidnet because they have refund policy within 30 working days and as i know we already pass thorugh this days .If a coustomer dealy to pay outstanding amount they fine them with late charges or block their services but if company do such things it’s okay ,wow nice policy by zoomcar
