I am Nikhil Deopujari from Pune, I have done Zoomcar self drive Car Booking from zoomcar service with Booking ID JPS6NTYIF on 22nd Oct. It was done on my Bro-in law name and amount deducted from my credit card.This booking was canceled by Zoomcar on the same day by saying verification failed.
First of all we have blacklisted in verification just because driving Licenses belong to Chandrapur RTO Maharashtra district.even if its 100% valid and assigned by governments itself.
As per Zoomcar ” we do not accept licence from certain regions due to certain internal issue.” so indirectly they challenge government authority who provide driving licences.
Second Refund yet to be credited almost till today December 9th almost 50days over (As per policy it took max 30 days if transaction of credit cards).
After following up numerous times the only answer I got was a 30 days policy for refund And as its pandemic they are working on this and please be assured, we shall have the refund settled as soon as possible.
There is no callback even if I raised the issue officially even no mail reply. even they don’t have any track record for our complaints on their website or app , they can ignore that anytime.

Any help on how I can proceed ahead to get my money back???
