My name is Binu & my Reference number is REF820453402 I had booked a ticket from Patna to Trivandrum on 14th April 2021 and got cancelled from Travel look itself when I called customer care they ensured that I will get my refund in 7 to 14 working days but today is 17th of May 2021 still after more than one month I have not received my Amount do look into the same ASAP
