I’ve booked airline ticket with travolook on Oct 01,2021 and my got booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration within few min after payment transaction. I’ve also got call from travolook that, my refund is initiated/processed on same day. And I’ll get my refund on my bank account within 14-20 days.
But till today I’ve not received my refund. Also customer care executive not answering to my query.
