I’ve requested to jeeves to cancel my complete protection policy on nov 26th 2020
its been one month till now i didn’t got my money back
background: ive purchased a kodak 65″TV from flipkart, after 1 day of installation i got issue with TV so for that i have asked for replacement to which they denied and gave me refund
As soon as i got my refund from Flipkart i requested to cancel my complete protection policy from jeeves
i dropped a mail to extendedwarranty@jeeves.co.in
lacsupport_backup@jeeves.co.inon 26th nov.
they replayed by asking my bank details and some required documents for refund policy, i have shared all details they told with in 8-9 business working days money will credited but till now money not credited in my account its been more than 1 month now.
i called multiple times and asked for this issue, every time same reply (sir please wait for two days your issue will be cleared)
such a worst organisation i have seen and experienced till now
