Dear VLE Bazaar Team,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and strong condemnation regarding the handling of my refund request for Order ID: 3672700. Despite repeated follow-ups and sufficient waiting time, I have not yet received my refund, nor have I been provided with any satisfactory resolution or explanation.
This level of service is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. As a customer, I expected timely support and a transparent refund process. The undue delay has not only caused financial inconvenience but has also severely damaged my trust in your platform.
I hereby demand that you process my refund immediately and provide a written confirmation of the same. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate this matter through appropriate consumer grievance channels, including filing a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities.
Please treat this as an urgent matter.
