I had a flight booked for travel in Aug 2020 with Qatar Airways using Make My Trip, which I finally cancelled in Aug 2020 by submitting my cancellation request and all the documentation to Make My Trip.
It is now Mar 2021 and I have not yet received any refund. They say that the airline is causing the delay, but I have spoken to the airline and the airline says they have issued the refund from their side.
MakeMyTrip is making no attempt to refund my money to me (more than 1 lakh rupees), and they are deliberately delaying it.
