i had paid 6500 rupees almost in April month to upgrade my broadband speed . But airtel didn’t increase the speed even after following the the instructions shown in airtel app. But they deducted the whole amount required for increasing speed .
Now airtel customer care are neither replying for my more than 20 mails send to them nor they are reachable with their helpline number . Also their airtel app supports page doesn’t function .
I had just received a mail last mont saying there is some 3300 rupees as extra amount . When I asked them to return it they are said it will be adjusted in next bill cycle which will come after 5 month’s .
Now they are no ways returning my money and it is blocked .
