Hello,
We had Placed the order for Dining Chair against Order No : 403-1169875-7741933
The said product requires the Installation to be done.
We received the product on 23.10,2025. Post which technician was supposed to come.
Initially he called for 3 days & told he is coming, however did not visit.
Later on, 31.10.2025, he had sent someone else for Installation.
On Opening the package, the product was found damaged. for which technician said that he will upload the damage photo & will report & post which you will get refund,
later we understand that he has not uploaded the damage Pics & now he is not responding to my calls.
Kindly help in this matter very urgently.
