I booked a flight ticket from travolook with reference no. REF067483246. It got cancelled in a couple of minutes. It has been more than 3 months now but I still have not received the refund. I have called the customer care almost 10-12 times and received the same response over and over again that it will get credited to my account in a couple of days. I have been mentally harassed by the company. There is no other option for me apart from lodging a complaint against the company since my repeated efforts have all been in vain
