1. Have been following up for my refund since more than a month, option to connect to the customer care over phone is disabled and no-one is responding over email and this is what I have been hearing from your social media team since a month. Have also tried contaxtinf the CEO abd Zoomcar senior members-(Greg Moran Sudhindra Reddy Hemanth Aluru Nirmal NR Markish Arun R Arpan Srivastava but no response) When i searched the internet, there are complaints flooded against zoomcar. I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THEM.
