I purchased a mobile phone Rs. 9999 at 24th October through jiomart application and my order cancelled at 25th October. From that day my refund is pending, whenever I sent complaint they said within 48 hrs my problem will resolve, after Two days they close the ticket from there side without resolving it happened every time. Its already 1 month passed and still no information about my refund.
