Worst customer support. I booked zoomcar twice in November 2020. But till now I did not receive my refund back as promised. My booking references for both are JPS6N4JMV and JPS6NT9S9. Even after contacting customer support for the refund there is no proper response. Definitely I regret booking zoomcar.
