Have take a loan from app and due day was 31st August…Have paid emi though UPI and same is alos debit from Account as well that means 2 times.. As per them refund has been initiated but not credited to my account…And ther was no proper response from there customer service team…hene i need to file a official complaint against them…pls take action against them..Thanks
