On November 29′ 2021, I tried booking a ticket for chennai -dubai at travolook.com, the booking got cancelled but an amount of 15211 was debited from my account and it’s been almost a month, I still haven’t received the refund.
I mailed them, called them. Everytime they asked me to wait for 10 days, 7 days and so on..
But the result is the same.
