I am sorry to say their customer service is one of the worst I have ever encountered. I booked a flight on 17th Nov and paid Rs. 6289 which was immediately canceled by travolook post ticket confirmation. The money was supposed to be refunded by 10-15 days according to the mail.
Today is 6th of dec, they haven’t even initiated the refund.Have wasted 4-5 hrs on multiple days to connect with your customer service. Everytime they take my details they disconnect the call deliberately. Don’t even get a callback.
I want them to Initiate my refund immediately and want my money back
