I ordered 2 dress from meesho app. Their fitting was not good for me, so i returned them. I made cod payment for all the orders. After returning the parcels they processed my refund from their side and told to wait for 5-7 working days for the credit to reflect in my account but its been 1 month but there is no amount credited. I made complaints with my bank and also with meesho customer care but no response from their end. The bank says that there are no such payments received. Also the bank provided the bank statement for reference. amount for them I have been approaching everywhere to seek help but no resolution from anywhere. Please do help me in fetching my refund as the total amount is Rs.1028.
