Text of Complaint by Seema firdaus:

I have ordered 2 t shirts and i dont like them so I returned both of them and the delivery partner received it but when I checked for refund in the glowroad app it shows that the status is refunded but it didn’t show in my bank account so I decided to call to customer care and then I call to customer care of glowroad the told to me that you have to e-mail us and you have to write this
Your bank name
Your bank account number
Your IFSC code
And I do what they told me after a while. I recheked for the refund and call to customer care of glowroad the repeat the same process so I don’t want to complaint against them but there is no way I can ignore it!
