Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that i bought a Rockjam Piano form amazon 20 April 2021 but after 6 months one key of the Piano stopped working.Then i spoke to amazon customer care as my piano was in warranty period.Amazon customer care representative said that you should talk to Rockjam company for repair or replacement when i am talking to Rockjam he said that my company does not repair or replace,he gave the deny latter.After that I send the Invoice, warrenty card, deny letter to amazon.After talking continuously for four months,it was finalized that i should self return the piano to the seller.
Your product amount and courier charges will be returned to you after the customer care representative said self return.i shipped the piano self return courier on August 10.recevied by courier seller on 17th aug 2021.After that I spoke to amazon customer care and they said that your courier charges will be credited to your account and the product amount will be credited to your credit card.After talking on August 17 he said that the money would come on 21 august 2022.Taking maney did not come even on 21st August so I talked to amazon customer care then the said that your money will come by 25th August 2022 but money not even till 25 august 2022. Today I talked and said customer care that your courier charges will come in your wallet in 24 hours.All customer care is making fool after six month. Sir I need my courier charges in my saving account.which your customer care has got my saving account added to Amazon account but if we talked about it today,then the customer care said that money the will come to the wallet.Sir everyone customer care is confusing no one is giving correct information please help me.
