Text of Complaint by Dinesh kumar:

I ordered a product on 23rd May 2023, with online payment mode UPI. The order number is #404-7167185-0173913. On 24th May 2023 i received the product ( portable shoe rack ) but unfortunately it was not upto mark & i didn’t liked the quality. So i opted for return & refund. So i was updated that on 27th May my order will be picked up & return will be initiated. But no one called and came at my place for pick up ,i agan called up the customer care they told me that the return request was cancelled automatically & new request is placed. The order was now supposed to be picked up on 29th may but then also no one came & contacted us. Same process went i called them again , they rescheduled the pick up for 30th May & now its showing 2nd june.
I fail to understand when i have orginal product with bills & unused why they are not accepting the return . Moreover multiple pick ups have be ensured & failed. The team ensured that the refund of 1799/- will be initiated in original payment mode. But now they are delaying. Kindly help us we are in trouble.
